30 minutes of full immersion with several Campania region wines
A visite to the wineyard: the Sommelier tells the wineyard story
Tasting of 4 different wine qualities: a sparkling, a white one, a red one and a passito.
Visit of the farmhouse productions “ the agricolture tradition of the Sorrento Peninsula”
Harvest of our farmhouse vegetables together with our chef, then production and making of starters, first corse, second corse and the farmhouse desserts.
It will illustrated the several phases of the fresh pasta making: the typical and famous ravioli of the Campania region filled with fresh ricotta and herbs, as well as the gnocchi dressed with traditional sauces, for example the sauce with the “pomodorini” of “piennolo vesuviano” quality which will be producted, cooked and served from the same guests.
All at work: The guests in the beautiful corner of the farmhouse “Fattoria Terranova” will start the making of the weekly menù, tasting the Campanian wines.
At the end of the course we will leave to the guests the farmhouse cook-book and a participation certificate
Cooking class and Sommelier course participants: from a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 30 people with brunch or dinner included.
With Local Products , With Pizza And Mozzarella Classes
Guided tour of the Mediterranean shrubland with a staff member who will provide all the information about the use and the benefits of the plants, herbs and vegetables you encounter.
Arrival at the main structure of the farm Tasting of local products such as:
Cheese is the oldest way to conserve milk.
During this tour will be tasted 7 typical cheeses of the Sorrento Peninsula to permit guests discovering a world of amazing flavours and fine aromas.
The seasoned caciotta massese, the Provolone del Monaco, the riaviulillo, the puzzuttella massese, the caciocavallo, the sheep’s milk cheese caciotta, and fresh mozzarella cheese with demostration to famous treccia of Sorrento.
All combined with a good glass of red wine and the savoury marmelades of the Fattoria Terranova farmhouse
Arrival at the Terranova Farm . Guided visit on our fields and gardens picking up seasonal herbs and vegetables ready to be transformed afterwards together with our Chef in unique typical dishes.
Our guests, supplied with hats and aprons, will then be invited to prepare a authentic” farm menu”.
They will be explained the various steps of the fresh making pasta involved, ,later to be prepared and served with different local sauces like the well recognized “piennolo tomatoes” sauce, grown at the Vesuvio’s appendix .
The cooking class includes: Appetizer (starter), First Course, Second Course, Dessert, Coffee and liquors (own production), Water and wine.
Cooking classes are just from Monday to Friday.
Demonstration of the mozzarella braid with explanation.
Participation Guests will be equipped with hats and aprons and invited to the demonstration of the mozzarella.
A fun activity that suits everyone. Obviously including tasting!
Upon arrival there will be short presentation of our agricultural farm business “Fattoria Terranova”.
Awelcome drink with homemade cookies will be served to children and adults. Afterwards the cooking class will begin!
Our chef will prepare a typical menu’ with the participation of the children. The “little chefs” will be equipped with hats and aprons.
Every guest will receive a hat and apron, then together with our pizza chef they will learn to prepare the pizza dough with their own hands, using creativity to top it, bake it and finally taste their masterpieces.
Duration about 2 hours
Traditional recipes using only original ingredients that distinguish sorrentine pastry. Our pastry lesson is a delightful moment where you will learn ”hands on” with our pastry chef how to make typical sorrentine pastry . Guests are equipped with hats, aprons as well as the necessary ingredients for the preparation of the pastry chosen (tiramisu – fruit tarts – chocolate cookies – filled cakes) At the end of the lesson you will taste your creation accompanied with coffee Vecchia Napoli or Mediterranean Herb Tea.
Guided tour of the typical Mediterranean vegetation with explanation Tasting of typical products mixed bruschetta Tasting of extra virgin olive oil Dried tomatoes and hot puff pastry Lemon liquor, water and a glass of wine.
The tasting includes red and white wines from the Campania region along with an accurate explanation by a Sommelier (wine expert), about the type of grape involved and the making process. In order to point out the qualities of our wines, we will serve our guests cheese, salami and home made bread. Duration- 1 hour.
This type of festival has been quite successful and has a large following, consisting in various stalls with all sorts of local products.

relaxing and memorable. To complete this magic scenery we suggest musical entertainment, guitar or mandolin and why not, tarantella dancers.
