Rooms and Apartments

• The reservation will be confirmed if guaranteed by credit card details supplied by
  you, bank account or pay-pal network.
• We will charge a 30% deposit of the accommodation price.
• For one night reservations, the entire price will be charged on your credit card, bank
  account or pay-pal network.
• The reservations can be cancelled within 20 days prior to arrival without penalty.
• From 20 to 7 days, the deposit of 30% will be deducted.
• From 7 to 0 days, in case of late cancellation or no show the payment
  will be of the whole price.

General information

• The reception is open from 8.00 to 22.00.
• Check-in is possible from 12.00 to 22.00.
• For arrivals after the expected time please be sure to notice us by telephone: +39.081.5330234.
• In price is breakfast included.
• Please note that pets are allowed with a supplement of € 10,00 per day.
• All children under 3 years stay free of charge sharing room with parents.
• All children over the age of 3 years or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night.
• Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.
• The cost of a cot is € 10,00 per day.
